What about the guy who sends offending jokes instead of actually sending you an email. Everything was to "Undisclosed Recipient" This went on for months, then we finally met, his profile said he was 5'9 however he was 5', okay that's fine, but when you both like each other and he sends love songs but continues to search girls online has me puzzled. He said he was played before (I can see why) and didn't want it to happen again. We aren't young, and I fell this is so immature. What do you think?

Good article Meghan. Add to that, always meet for the first time in a public place. Never let them walk you to your car. If they own a dog, have them bring it with them, and watch how they interact. Does the dog flinch when they raise their hand?

My best advice though is to stay away from online dating. Too many psycho's. Just go do the activities you enjoy doing, and stop looking for someone. You'll find someone when you stop looking for them. It's true.
