You couldn't have said it better! I had a nasty breakup with my ex. Initially i couldn't get over him so I checked his FB profile constantly to check out his status updates. I even stalked his account by logging in his FB account using his password (he forgot that I knew his password). This got me into more pain, especially when seeing girls trying to flirt with him. It was like rubbing salt to the gaping wound. So I defriended him and life was much much better for me. I was free to post whatever I want, I don't have to be constantly reminded of him, I dont have to read his bragging status updates. I just don't give a damn anymore. He no longer enriches my life, and I certainly can live well without him.
