What Makes You Want to Click on a Profile?

According to a recent Match.com poll of approximately 1,500 users across the country, 71.5% said a great photo will make them click on someone’s profile. Other reasons:
Compelling headline – 10.5%
Right Age – 14.0%
Interesting user name – 4.0%
This is not all that surprising. What distinguishes a romantic relationship from any other is sexual attraction. Yet the statistic also makes us look superficial. Apparently the ability to write good copy is not at the top of people’s lists when they’re looking for a mate (or date).
